Disgusted with fnb customer service
I have had terrible service from them... My account was debited twice on the 8th of March at a super market I have been waiting ever since to have my money reversed back to me fr my bank fnb... I have phoned call centre and they just keep misleading me all I want is my R 1382.49 back but iv got to fight to get my own money back which was not even a fault of mine... Fnbs service over the years has changed drastically.

When will iI get my money ur call centre is no help as iI get tossed around like a soccer ball from one department to the other they dnt know what they doing and no one can answer me and tell me when this will be resolved... Iv been with u guys for years this is disgusting and very unprofessional
