Disgusted with FNB

I have been trying to resolve an issue with their ***** department with absolutely no luck. I have been dealing with Pearl and last night e-mailed an Ettiene Fourie.

I have provided details to them to explain a transaction with not response or the courtesy of advising that it is being attended to. I have had no option by to place this on Hello Peter, I will now proceed to Facebook and Twitter and the Financial Services Conduct Authority. It is very obvious that Banks believe that they have a monopoly and the customers concerns are irrelevant. I am disgusted to say the least.
