DISGUSTED WITH FNB
Really wonder if FNB is a competent enough bank to actually handle people's money!!! First of all after taking all my documents to the Margate branch they refused to accept my lease agreement just because the description read 1.5 bedroom FLAT and because it is referred to as a flat because it is a flat in the same premises as the landlord they wanted a building name which there isn't because it is a normal house property with a single floor flat in the premises. So then got that corrected then ask to open the account online and gave a specific time frame that i can answer my phone twice in the same comment box which is between 12.30 and 13.00 they still contacted me out of the time frame provided. Margate never told me that the contract then also need to be initialled so when I got to the branch the lady who helped me then wouldn't accept the lease agreement because of the pages not being initialled, but funny enough the consultant next to me would have actually accepted it so I don't understand it anymore. Frustrated isn't even the word anymore. But one thing is for sure, I really doubt the competency of FNB!!!
