Disgusted, where's the customers choice?

Fnb Chatsworth!!!!? Today my wife went to the fnb chatsworth branch to an account for savings and she was told by a lady named Raissa that she needs to have another product aside from a savings account to warrent opening the savings account. Been an ex banker we call that bundle selling all my wife wants to do is save some extra cash in a separate bank account other than where she is banking. Im writing this review cause this is not the first time ive heard this about chatsworth branch. Im my experience this is what banks do to make customers retain their accounts at certain banks where has the customers choice gone in terms of banking!?
