Disgusted service FNB

I am disgusted to say the least!!! WHY DO YOU HAVE A ***** LINE IF NO ONE ANSWERS AND I GET A VOICE MAIL BOX THATS FULL!!! ITS A EMERGENCY!!! Then tried my private banker -PATHETIC!! No answer on both numbers Tried , lan and mobile , could not even discern her message on voice mail ........its a joke!! Had to phone again, and again and again tried different numbers which is under information on our App they are all to no effect!!!!~ every number I phoned voice mail box was full, what the heck ! Yes you are definitely in a league of your own. I had a emergency and could not get hold of anyone on my first 6 calls made , my lucky number was 7...and it was sorted .Should i thank you now??? FNB YOU WANT TO BE LED BY THE BEST GO view YOCO they are in a different league definitely not you. DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW A DAM CALL CENTER WORKS ??? Obviously not....... O and SERVICE ...........WHATS THAT???
