Disgusted new member

I opened a new account because of issues at previous bank and it’s been such an awful experience. So first my telephone was incorrect I emailed and corrected it secondly it’s been almost 2 weeks still no card I keep calling and keep being **** to. I say lie cause I called to check on the card and was told it’s out for delivery only to call back and be told no it just left after 11. Then I call FNB I get assured it will be delivered today and at 14:48 I get a notification that takealot is on the way it’s now 19h00 guess what still no card. Every time I get told it’s escalated but nothing now! The worst service ever and talk about treating customers badly they get a star for it! Who lies to their customers!!!!!
