Disgusted loyal FNB customer for over 20 Years!!!

I have been a loyal customer with FNB for more than 20 years now which means my Bank Costs are religiously being deducted every month before my salary even goes into my account. Nevertheless, I had one altercation with them regarding a Temporary Loan which I am currently paying off religiously monthly with GL Attorneys never skipping a payment and almost done paying off this loan. After getting my life in order and wanting to purchase a vehicle on HP we app**** at more than one bank for finance. On my return replies from the Vehicle Finance department, it was said that not only did my own Bank FNB decline my Finance it also listed me as a bad payer mentioned I am missing payments on the Temporary loan which is absolutely absurd and not true. Not only have I been a loyal customer for 20 years where my monthly charges are quick to be billed for but Wesbank/FNB also discredited my name by declining my offer to purchase a Vehicle and labeling me as a bad payer by the Credit Bureau. This is the reason why my credit rating is bad because of a small amount being paid monthly religiously but being labeled as a bad payer. I am so frustrated, angry and hurt and going to close my account with FNB immediately!!!!! Being a loyal customer for you for more than 20 years you discredited my Credit Record for a payment arrangement being made religiously monthly but giving my name a Bad Credit Listing for payments not being made. ABSA and other banks approved me but on a higher interest rate because of my so-called bank supposed to have my back as a loyal customer and listing me as a bad payer.. Absolutely horrified you treat your customers like this!!!!!!
