Disgusted in FNB’s switch to FNB service

So I choose the call me back option to switch to FNB, your online application system was not working. I entered my married name and contact details for the call me back.

A consultant phoned me and I provided all my details to the consultant with my married name and address in Johannesburg.

I got a call today from the CCD Courier to say my Cheque card is ready to be delivered in Pietermaritzburg and it has my ****en name on it. What the hell FNB?

How useless is your application system and consultants! I provided all my documentation including my marriage certificate and my married name as part of the application.

It’s been nothing but frustration and phone calls to FNB for switching, I’m beginning to wish I had never bothered!!

Last chance FNB, fix it now! Does “Steve” now work for FNB, maybe that’s the problem?

Reviewer Update

With three weeks having past, have not received any feedback as to rectifying the error made by FNB and issuing an account with my married surname. Very disappointed - All i have had is one phonecall saying they were going to find out why the card was issued in my ****en name!
