Disgusted in FNB

This is the second post on hello Peter about this bank. On the 15 December with out permission they debited account with out permission taking my loans off, after calling a million times one of the two debits was returned, i then called again and was told that the second payment would be returned.... im still waiting for that payment but to add insult to injury they have now debited my account again so i have literally paid wvwr 15 days for the same loan.... surely thia is *******!!!!!!

I also noticed that they have also taken it upon themselves to debit my account for my credit card which i dont recall agreeing too either.... I am totally feed up with this Bank
