Disgusted in Fnb

I am disgusted with Fnb, my medical aid went off my acc on the 1st, on the 4th fnb decides to unpaid the debit order in order to get their monthly bank charges...I have been with fnb for many years, no more. I've had endless problems with them. Who will be liable to pay the charges 🤔
