Disgusted in FNB!

I was super disgusted with the service received on Monday, today i am utterly shocked at the level of service received from FNB. still have not yet received my money back. No communication between departments. No empathy that i have payments to make and had to borrow money in order to pay for my debit orders. Utterly disgusted!!!!! Selma has promised feedback since Monday, yet i have called 3 times since then and still NOTHING!
