Disgusted Further Loan FNB customer

In my 30 years on earth have I not received worse service from any entity.

Our Further Loan application has been going back and forth for close to 2months now with *********** staff attending to issues that are clearly not qualified to complete.

We are horrified by FNB's lack of basic service.

If you are reading this, just stay away and avoid a lot of headaches.
