DISGUSTED FNB SERVICE- ALLOWS UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS TO GO OFF!!!! DISGUSTED!!!!!

due to the many people telling me that FNB is a professional and awesome bank i switched from Capitec bank to FNB and to be honest this was the worst decision i ever made. today a debit order went off my account without me authorizing it or doing a debi check on my app. so please do tell me how does this work, a bnank allowing unauthorized debit orders to go off your account, and when asked to reverse it they refuse. i spoke to Itumeng Moleko and she just refused to reverse it as she said they not at fault for my money being taken from my account. i asked to speak to her supervisor Uvan Hansrag and i was refused. what i cannot understand is, i pay bank charges every month, i change banks because FNB is so amazing and this is the thanks i get as a client, money taken from my account. I've never dealt with such bull**** from any bank yet, not even Capitec that i left to use FNB. i regret it , FNB needs to get proper people that put the clients 1st and assist when they surpose to, not make up excuses. all i want is my money back and to close my account. this is just bull**** service and im utterly disgusted by FNB
