I called to get some online support at approximately 3.15pm today. Your rude agent, unfortunately whose name I did not get, insisted I get the app. He refused point blank to help and PUT THE PHONE down. RUDENESS in a service industry should not be condoned. Disgusted. I am sure you can trace the call as all your calls are monitored because of FAIS.
