Disgusted FNB client

I had a complaint regarding a ***** case I had logged in July 2024. FNB did get back to me with a lousy email stating that there was no transactions against my account. The investigator was on the case again and it has not been fruitful.

Money was ****** from my account, it shows the transactions on my bank statement and when I speak to the consultants they say that the transactions are pending on their side.

My question is, how long will the transaction still be pending for, I have done everything I needed to do. Logged the call spoke to probably every consultant and still nothing..

So I was de*****ed of my monies and just accept that FNB will not assist me..

I regret that FNB has not been of any help to me for the last two months, you guys just don't care about your clients and this is very evident.
