Disgusted

So after constantly writing reviews it has been months now and these people still managed to mess up and mess with my life and account they double deducted me two months and instead have the nerve to ask me "Please confirm if you would like the debit order for the amount of R R 1,647.42 to be refunded that was taken on the 24th of March 2023?" They are to pay this in double which is an amount of R3294 furthermore it has been said "Please note that we tried to contact you to no avail. Kindly be advised that your FNB Loan account has an outstanding balance of R 92.50." But an amount of 544 was deducted from my account yet again this month the loan is currently on 0 as per what I can see but the issue has not been resolved and I have not obtained money lost I am suffering here I have been in an accident and have PTSD yet I am to still stress this matter and my condition is getting worse I feel like changing bank as I have been a valued customer for years now and never in my life have a needed to stress this way ever. I am sick of taking calls within times when I have to work and nothing gets resolved while I am loosing work time as well as my money .
