Disgusted

Terrible and very disappointed in the FNB home loans department!!

We are home owners and got our home for more then a year now. My husband got retrenched recently and when he got his papers from work he went straight to FNB yesterday in Walmer Park Port Elizabeth. He was on the phone with a lady for 30minutes who was unable to assit us. In our contact it states disability or unemployment or un able to get an income we will be covered for 12 months he told the lady that and still she was unable to help us, she offered the covid 19 relief scheme which we ALREADY have and cannot afford to pay back or get another one on top of that because my husband got retrenched. My salary is not enough to cover for the house and survive. The lady said we must sell our house then - how must we sell the house and live where?! In the streets? I don’t understand her logic and how its even appropriate to say that to a loyal FNB customer for years!! This is disgraceful !
