Disgusted client

I have had various accounts with FNB, such as a credit card and a ONE account that was my home loan but sold the property, I kept that account open and converted it to a savings account. I have since reconvertd it to a cheque account.

Yesterday I tried to apply for a overdraft and got declined, appareantly i can't afford it.. then tried to convert or upgrade the cheque account to a Premier Fusion account and got the same result. I've never been so disgusted in my life, if this is the case, I would have gone to Capitec in the first place... perhaps I still should! or will if this is not revisited immediately.

Also, why am I getting an "Unverified Device" error when using certain FNB App options, when I have been using the same device for months. I followed the instructions to verified the device but the is NO option to "verify" the device from the app nor online banking. I suggest you fix this immediately as well, as I'm quite annoyed about it.

For the so-called most INNOVATIVE bank, it doesn't seem that your app or online banking is very innovative!

Apparently I can't afford a normal overdraft or credit card. But they were quick to approve my new car, seriously WTH!?
