DISGUSTED BY THE BAD SERVICE

I opened an account with FNB with a consultant by the name of Lerato Qwaqwa crescent and went to go withdraw money from MONEY GRAM today and they told me that my profile doesn't appear on their and that I should go to home affairs and bring a letter from them stating that this is indeed my ID number even after I gave them my ID book.

I have been going there for the past 2 days now and I need the money to pay for my fees.

The consultants were very rude and didn't even try to help me out and only brushed me off.
