Disgusted by FNBs rapidly deteriorating management and customer service ethic.
This complaint relates to FNB Trustee Services, and FNB Customer Care
FNB Trustee Services My partners father banked with FNB for over 70 years and had his will with them. When he died at the age of 94 we were informed that the estate was too small and they would not act as executor.
For the past 9 months we have been given the run around by them, failing to follow up or return calls or return emails (Umhlanga Rocks Branch),
In May 2020 I escalated out complaint to a senior manager in Fiduciary Services, who also escalated it to FNB Customer Services and to ***
In October I followed up with both and got zero response.
FNB Customer Services Neither our initial complaint, nor our follow up complaint, nor the escalation bt the senior manager at Fiduciary services has elicited any response from whatever.
In my view FNB has in the past 10 years steadily lost its way, and is in the process of destroying what little customer service ethic they have left.
As a staff member with 34 years service at WesBank, I am disgusted with the management ethic of the young turks who now lead this once outstanding company.
