I am TOTALLY disgusted with fnb. I initially thought I would close my nedbank professional account and my Absa premium account and move everything Over to nedbank . But the treatment and attitude from my private banker is disgusting . I was initially approved for 40k overdraft and 40k credit card upon opening my accounts . Fnb then says that they do not accept proof of income from my CA with bank statements proving the money/salary is being paid. Nedbank approved me instantly with an overdraft of 50k and a credit card of 80k with just the proof of income from my CA and bank statements. I would like to know the procedure to close my fusion premium accounts with fnb ASAP
