Disgusted at you Fnb

Please I urge people not to take out a hospital plan with fnb. When it comes to paying people out you deal with rude individuals. I called in today and was told oh my claim can't be finalized they need a statement and hospital file. A hospital file cost 800rands and is private and confidential. I sent my hospital statement you can never speak to a manager they always busy with God knows what because, they certainly not busy servicing there clients. When they sell these policies to you there is no issues nothing is explained to you whatsoever. BOITUMELO NARE, EKETSANG LIPHAPAG, TSAKANE MALUKE IS NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Where do I get 800rand for hospital files you have my statements my doctors report why should I pay 800r for a file you now requesting. When I went into the bank they didn't request any of this just my doctors report and Id. When they emailed me they didn't request this either when I asked the acessor she says oh they don't know. So why would they be working there if they don't know these things. I have never dealt with such a bunch of people that seem they looking for loopholes not to pay. People who was on hospital was actually sick and now have to deal with such incompetence
