DISGUSTED AT FNB FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDED !!!!!

I am disgusted at the service I have received from a well known bank like FNB. Just over a year ago I took a policy out only to find I have been paying for someone who have been added to my policy who I do not know at all. I have tried on many occasions to get information on how this happen. Yesterday I was told by an agent name Bonolo Mapuru that the team leader Paseka will call me before COB yesterday. I did not get a single person call me back. YESTERDAY WASNT EVEN MY FIRST ATTEMPT AT GETTING ANSWERS!!!!
