Disgusted at FNB Ebucks and the Customer Service Agents

There is always a catch with FNB Ebucks Rewards. In April 2023 FNB launched "Double Ebucks Rewards" at Clicks. Taking this benefit into consideration, I purchased for the capped Value of over R2000 in order to get the Double Ebucks Rewards earnings. I checked my Bank statement and all the Clicks transactions went off my bank account but I was not allocated the EBucks rewards. I called FNB Ebucks and was told that the "Merchant" only banked my transaction in May 2023. I find it very odd that FNB deducted these values from my bank account in April 2023 but claim that the merchant only banked the transaction in May 2023.
