Disgusted at FNB Dundee

It absolutely appalling to bank at a reputable bank operating a business account to be turned away for bank plastic bags. Since when is there a operating hours for bank plastics, what are we paying service fees for? It's tye first time we requested bank plastic bags as our client chose to pay in coins and need to bank this only to be turned away being informed that we need to be there before 12! Utter garbage! The service delivery is pathetic, would rather opt to bank at Nedbank which is right next door to FNB and the service is exceptional and will assist you at any given time even though we don't hold our business account with them!
