Disgusted at FNB Bucks Customer Service Centre

I have been struggling to get through to FNB Ebucks. You wait on line for an Agent to assist and when you get through the line cuts off. I evenually got through to an Agent who was totally unsure about the Ebucks Reward questions that was raised. Please provide your Staff with training before placing them in a Customer service Role. Unfortunately my recent experiences with FNB Ebucks has been a nightmare. I have also requested for a Manager to call me back and I'm still waiting. Disgusting service to say the least.
