Disgusted and annoyed by FNB

Annoyed and disgusted with FNB. They restricted my account due to tax updates which I did numerous times on the banking app. I chat to one of their consultants who is so unhelpful and gives me a nr to call. I call the number numerous times to no answer just that stupid annoying song they play while you waste your airtime. Disappointeing service from FNB.
