Disgusted always

Fnb has refunded me for my loan of r1915 and closed the loan however this refund was only a R75 and 13cent emailing me to tell me the account has been closed and they have refunded me what is this suppose to be a joke ? I was not refunded the full amount that they deducted while my account has to be closed telling me that they have refunded me what is this I can't deal with this people anymore I have been in an accident suffer from ptsd and can't even get to the bank this is pathetic service they claim to call and if you answer they give excuses how Can money which is mine be deducted and if they are to refund you they reopen a loan and charge you again . Senseless that is not a refund that is taking people for a ride. I am to the most highest level disappointed in FNB and prefer email communication seeing they waste time on call and do not get issues resolved accordingly
