Disgusted

I am still waiting aiting for Credit Card to be paid from COVID loan. I have had enough of this bank. I am getting in contact with bank ombudsmen. And I will be changing banks. I'm going to get blacklisted anyway so FNB can hold on to a ho e and a dream of getting any money from me. How many times must a person complain....whats the bet tbat when i am meant to start paying my COVID loan back then tbeir stupid system will be functional. This bank is one big f**** and *****.
