Pathetic service!!!!! 1st i apply for a fitbit watch that come with ear bud speakers. And the watch came and no buds.saturday i orderd a galaxy S21, TV, laptop and i get a call from Ram tobtell me FNB canceled my order. I PHONED FnB and they take no responsibility and said its *****.....non the less. I put a claim in for ****** goods with a brake in and next a hijacking and they ignor me completely after i send allll necessary information i pay R800 a month for this insurance they verry quickly tobtake my money but when it comes to paying out they are useless. Rude and put the phone down in your ear. Sort your problems out they say to me...... all i asked for was for it to be delivered before the 10th because im going away. Will be on the road. This morning i phoned and the tell me they have canceled all my items and they dont have in stock what i ordered. Then the lady put the phone down in my ear. Is this how you rreat a customer of 13years?
