Disgusted

13 April, FNB Long Beach Mall....the worst experience in my life. The person we were allocated to assist us was not impressed that she had to help us...she was half way out of her chair...she did not pay attention to what we were saying..she was so focused on the cubicle next to us that she didn't hear my questions..her whole attitude was...just hurry up and leave...her greeting was barely there...no respect at all...we have our personal accounts and our business account with fnb...I'm seriously considering changing all of them to another bank...where we can be treated like we are the client not just a nuisance sent to interrupt your day...I'm disgusted
