DISGUSTED
This is Day 6...I am still waiting for a feedback that was promised, regarding my credit card thar was downgraded in this pandemic. No one can give me a proper answer as to why they downgraded my credit card and grabbed the left over money that was on my card, without discussing it with me. A couple of months ago because they could not debit my chq account, they took the money out of my savings account without authorization. How am I suppose to feed my family?? This is insane! But all they do is promise they will investigate and thats it. They even debit my credit card on Saturday although Im under administration and when i called the spoke to them online, I was told they are not allowed to reverse denit orders. So why do we still have an account at FNB, its fighting a losing battle..Its a thought!!!
She said FNB can downgrade your limit if you are under debt review or administration its their money.
So in other words they will deduct the money from any of the other accounts you have just to retieve what you owe them, no phone calls or arrangement. This leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. They are definitely not there for their customers, only what they can get out of you. She gave me another contact number for the credit card dept (They don't answer their phones or if you leave a message they don't return any messages) I tried whole day left 4 messages. She also said I can try but they won't assist me in any way. REALLY!!!!! SHOCKING! After all these years.
