Disgusted

I took a 30day revolving loan from FNB and now someone transferred moneyh to my account which I was expecting and then FNB just went into my account and took the revolving loan payment.

What sense does that make? I took the loan because I needed it and expected to pay you back month end when the majority of people get paid. How can you do this? Does it even make sense to you. So you guys just made nearly R200 out of this for lending me money for less than 2week. You are flipping loan sharks and I am appalled. R100 per week, are you NUTS!!!

I want this money refunded or I will cut all ties with FNB as much as I prefer banking with FNB I will pack my bags and go somewhere else. I will not be considering FNB for my next home loan which we plan to buy a new house soon and when I upgrade my car. I do not like doing dealings with loan sharks.

Have a manager call me as your call centre staff have no empathy and no way of speaking on the phone. They sound as though they sleep in between calls.

********** 430
ID - ********** 159085
