DISGUSTED

This morning I accidently made an EFT payment to the incorrect bank account, which was a honest mistake. By the time I realized the mistake I made, the money had already went through (FNB to FNB). I immediately called the FNB customer care line and explained what had happened to have to transaction reversed. The conultant informed me I need to first fill out a form and that I will be charged R250 to have the transaction reversed.

Let's just keep in mind, I have a STUDENT account! HOW CAN YOU BE THAT GREEDY FNB???

It costs you NOTHING to reverse the transaction, why could it not have been done right then and there FREE of charge? You rant and rave your stduent account is great for students as the bank charges are minimal. LIES! You lie to your customers to get them to do buisness with you. Do you know feel bad when you freely rob money from peopel?

We don't have laws in place within South Africa to protect people from the charges the bank slaps on, but surely you are not that greedy that you feel you should take full advantage and ***** from your customers?

What if I only had R250 in ym account which was to be used for travelling to and from university and I accidently did and EFT? I wouldn't get a cent bank from YOU because you charge R250 to reverse a transaction.

Your tagline should be *******. Because that is EXACTLY whar you are. You don't give a **** about your customers. Admit it.

Your sincerely,

A student trying to save
