Disgusted

On the 25 April 2020 Kaylium.com deducted money from my account and i loged a dispute and my money was refunded on the 13 of May and another transaction s were refunded on the 22 May 2020.I then cancelled my card and i received a new 1 on the 11 July 2020.But on the 13 July 2020 Kaylium.com deducted 2 amounts on my account using the same card that was cancelled i dont know how because i was already using my new card. I disputed the 2 transactions and they gave me forms to fill in and i emailed it on the 10 August 2020 which i receive a message on the 10 September with the reference number *** stating that i must phone which ive been trying since,when i chat to the bankers online they are rude and saying that i was given feedback and i should call the ***** number.In all i have not receive my money back that was ******.Secondly i mistakenly made a purchase on apple.com of R1249 of which i did not have insufficient funds on my account the transaction funds were reserved by FNB living my account with a debit balance i cancel the transaction with apple.com in a matter of minutes and they refunded my account, i checked but the transaction on my account is still pending i again had a chat with the online bankers that are rude they cannot explain the processes.Now i have 3 transaction amount that are due to me but my account is sitting on a negative balance that they will charge a fee for.
