Disgusted

Im really disappointed at my bank,I have called Fnb after being unemployed for a while and made arrangement to pay my loan.the agreement was that they deduct R500 on my account until the debt is settled.I made those arrangements around October to begin in November and there was money in the account for the november payment and no deduction took place.also december there was money in the account .how can you make double deduction for November in January.after explaining that I have alot of accounts in arrears that I have already made arrangements like I did with you.This month I will struggle to get to work because of the problem you have caused me. I want my R500 back or you can forget about me honouring the arrangements I made with you guys and take my account elsewhere.
