DISGUSTED

Firstly, it's taken almost 2 weeks to open up a bank account, after laying a complaint I got some way forward. I received my card now, I cannot use it to register for online banking because it says the card details are invalid. I called FNB, they went silent as i was speaking...AGAIN. what kind of company is this? I hope the country realises how useless this bank has become
