Disgust Private clients service

I have a private banker yet I had to run around looking for vehicle finance. Asked my banker to negotiate with Wesbank on my behalf and I had to call my banker daily for an update, she could not update me herself. I found out it shows I owe FNB, which I paid 2 weeks back and also paid Nedbank. I got groped in an Uber last Friday because of the poor service I have received at FNB.
