Disgusing SERVICE and your Fruad team is a joke!!!

This is utterly the worst banking company ever!!!

I will never recommend you to anyone ever, in fact every person I meet I will tell them about this experience as its utterly Revolting!!!

I had a ********** temporary loan take out with a clone card in 2020 and it took your selfes 6 months to resolve the issue and just close out the loan itself.

In this time it was reflecting on my credit report at missed payments I have never missed a payment in my life, even to this day now in the future, but your false missed payments are still tarnishing my name.

I emailed and contacted yourselves multiple times and all you kept telling me was allow you 10 business days and it will be removed by Experian and to this day its been hundreds of 10 working days and still nothing has been resolved.

I want a letter stating that this was ********** immediately!!! and I will then be able to take it up with Experian myself.
