Disguisting FNB Credit Card Service

<p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">Credit Card Deductions & Monies taken off my account - WITH NO WARNING OR NOTIFICATION</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">Please see below information of my complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr">14 April I called in to Fnb pre legal department and spoke to mpho</p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr">Message I received 14th April @ 10.41 </p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr">"FNB GOLD:Your credit card is in arrears, please make a payment of R3,093 or call Mpho on *** to make a payment arrangement. ***"</p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr">Payments made into account. <br /> 15th April R4000<br /> 26th April I put on R1010<br /> 4th may I put a salary of R 10 000</p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr">Phone calls I made to check if my account was up to date and to check if the money I put into account would be available. <br /> I was assured it would it and my account was fine and up to date. At NO point was it mentioned to me that my account was under review and it there was no communication regarding anything negative about my account moving forward. Which I 2 as told at FNB ballito at this point if my account was under view it should have been mentioned to me.</p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr">Calls made: <br /> 14th April <br /> Received @ 10:34 & 4pm <br /> 15th out going 9:39 & 9:42<br /> 4th may out going 15:35</p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr">9th of may my account was decreased from R 11600 to R6700. I was only notified on the 10th.</p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr">I understand that credit is money borrowed from the bank but at the same time this is money I thought I would have available to me and was told it would be. I am very unhappy with the situation and If not resolved I'm prepared to take it further.</p> <p> </p> <p><font color="#888888">We need feedback on this.<br /></font></p> <p><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888">When I called the call centre the only reponse I received is - its one of those things, and there is n<font color="#888888">o<font color="#888888">thing they can do.</font></font></font></font></p> <p><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888">The dont care attitut<font color="#888888">de doesnt suite - th<font color="#888888">is is people lives and the bank takes money when ever they feel free with no warning or notification.</font></font></font></font></font></font></p> <p> </p> <p><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888">I dont want a story or an apology - I want that money back.</font></font></font></font></font></font></p> <p><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888"><font color="#888888">The fact of the matter is that I called in and I was assured everything was fine. This has been recorded and I want that recoridng pla<font color="#888888">yed to whoever makes the descisons in<font color="#888888"> the credit card department & something done about it.</font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font></p> <p> </p>
