Disgruntled client

Why why is it that when and institutions automotive services do not fulfill their functions it should cost it uses or clients. I sold something to somebody and was paid buy e-wallet. All was well received an SMS to tell me money was sent, so I gave the goods. On attempting to withdraw the funds the auto bank could not oblige the R150 that was paid and only gave me R100. When attempting to get the balance of R50 from another machine I was informed I could not only draw R39 as there is now a service fee however the machine cannot dispense R9 nore could this particular machine dispense R30 and only gave me an option of R20 which I rejected. I then called the helpline in which I was told that I could draw the 39 at a spar. I tried to draw this 6 times at different spars to no avail two of them did not support e-wallet and the other two told me that the pin number supply to me by the system was incorrect. I I phoned the helpdesk once more only to be put on hold and get cut off somehow. Now this is not about the R50, butt a system to which I did not agree to terms and condition of, taking up to 15% of my money watch I find outrageous. I have well spent more then the R150 owed to me be e-wallet in phoning The Call Centre and driving around to various ATMs and spars. The e-wallet valence still remains at R50, and no one can tell me how to get it without losing R30. I find this to be legal ******* and an sure many people just look the other way. But for some R30 is food for a couple of days. Fix your system.
