Disgruntled Client
FNB is the worst bank ever. The loans department **** and said my revolving facility is in arrears and after I spoke to a service consultant they noted the error. Now ebucks refuses to back-date my points and claim my account is in arrears even after failing to investigate this issue.

20 Aug 2026, 11:58I'm considering moving banks because I have never seen such disgracing service, especially since I've been with them for over 12 years and been a good client. I wouldn't advise to bank with FNB
