Disgruntled client

I ma behind on my revolving loan due to a huge drop to my income . I’m getting calls almost over 9 times a day from FNB revolving loan department but when I answer they hang up , sometimes you hear the background noise but no one speaking ( they obviously using a dialler).

What annoys is they I’ll be told they I’m unavailable to take their calls when they calling ( avoiding calls) which is not the car. I wanted to be contacted for payment arrangements not to be called countless times then no one is speaking.
