DISGRUNTLED

In November 2018 We bought a guesthouse as an running concern since 1999. Change of owner took place on the 1st of December 2018, and we had to open a new banking account for the new owner. on the 1st of January 2019, the new owner took procession of his business. Due to internal policies by FNB, we had to write a recommendation as to why we needed a manual transaction certain on our speedfpoint machine. Several calls and, emails to our accounts manager Nareesha Basdeo at Bedfordview branch, , did not seem to help at all. Threats, and more emails, still nothing but attitude, and empty lies. We then contacted the branch manager, mr Roger Aiyavoo with no results. We are now at day 25, and still has not been able to make use of this account, due to back-and-forth by FNB with NO results whatsoever. We are losing business and lots of money, due to their incompetence. Refusal to furnish us with contact persons to actually speak to ourselves. I will NOT recommend anyone to ever make use of FNB at all. No one can make a final decision it seems.
