disgracefull, unthinking and inconsiderate.

I am a 71 yr old pensioner wanting to get onto the retirement value proposition investment account. I have been told I need to do this in a bank. I will not risk going to a bank in this time of Covid at my age. The fact that this account is meant for pensioners yet requires one to come into a bank is disgracefull, unthinking and inconsiderate.
