Disgraceful service- Refund needed!!!!

i used my cheque card to pay for Kulula tickets. The website froze during the payment process and i didnt get my tickets but the money was taken.

This happened on the 12th May...today is the 24th May. Till this day after submitting the form they want for transaction disputes and calling non stop i still have not received one single call back from one manager that it was escalated to nor the disputes department.

this is UNACCEPTABLE to be treated like this!!!!!!

Every time i call another call gets logged!!! i want my money back!!
