Disgraceful service from FNB

The Somerset East branch has the worst service ever. We have an outstanding deceased estates query from January. Till this day they have not bothered resolving nor escalating the matter. Beryl the branch manager is even worse, she's blue ticked all my emails whereas she's the contributing factor to this matter
