Disgraceful service: FNB Business

Seems that the only way to make contact with FNB is through Hellopeter.

After complaining about them on here, they finally opened the general trust account for my business. The account is now frozen because it has not gone through KYC process.

The said they would contact me for the KYC procedure on the account, but nothing. No email received as promised. I regret ever opening an account with them.
