Disgraceful service charges

My 1 star refers specifically to this complaint. There other FNB services that are good. The recent substantial increase in bank fees is very disappointing. As a pensioner, having to pay additional fees on top of monthly account fees for making payments to non-FNB account holders is distressing, as why else does one pay account fees? I cannot do anything to mitigate these additional charges, so unless I leave FNB, I have to accept this disgraceful "squeeze".
