Disgraceful service

FNB Home Loan department deserve 0 stars!

I have no words to describe the disgusting service I received from FNB home loan department! FNB slogan says HOW CAN WE HELP YOU, very sad to say I have not come across one person that has a clue how to help! I get put from one person to the next wasting my airtime with nobody having a cooking clue how to help! I need my documentation that the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, gives me the authority to ask for! I need these documents by yesterday already, please wake up FNB home loans and get this situation sorted
